Responsibilities This role will gain experience in digital marketing by being responsible for helping to build and execute digital content through various channels, planning and executing promotional campaigns and assisting with overall organization of the brand and marketing department
- Create, edit and post content on social media and digital marketing channels
- Research and deliver recommendations for cross-channel marketing strategies and tactics, such as web, social media and paid media to reach WLAI audience
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
- Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback
- Support digital campaign set-up, campaign execution and quality control to ensure ads, content, landing pages and measurement plans meet campaign objectives
- Assist with sprint planning, assessing team capacity and prioritizing work
- Assist with documenting and maintaining digital marketing tools and processes
- Analyze campaign performance and use data to draw insights and build recommended next steps
- Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc requests, research and other projects
- Assist with daily administrative duties
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, search marketing, digital marketing and emerging technologies
