WLAI is an all-inclusive voluntary, non-government social-economic association of legal professionals, across globe, devoted to promote the talent, services, interests and progress of legal professionals in India & abroad. As a platform, we strive to explore, attract and create opportunities to be shared and cherished by legal fraternity .
We focus on 360 degree growth and development of our peers and thus we are engaging with our partners to offer new professional, social & economic programs, projects, activities which shall be beneficial for both their professional & personal development. In order to meet our objectives, WLAI is working in partnership with other like-minded individual, business groups and institutions and are open to explore more such partnerships to create an highly professional, mission oriented and adaptive ecosystem in legal industry.

As an open and all-inclusive affinity group of like-minded lawyers, advocates, legal consultants, para-legal professionals and aspiring legal candidates to collaborate, communicate and connect among themselves.
WLAI strives to provide a forum for advocates and other legal professionals to network, to develop their business, and to advance their legal education. We celebrate the successes of our members and promote those who will come after us. We welcome all members of the legal profession and to-be-lawyers. .
Our Mission

- Facilitating in creating an equitable professional working environment with improved peer-peer relationship with male counterparts
- To protect & promote legal professionals, their rights, interests and aspirations to grow beyond current professional stature
- To encourage the spirit of friendship, mutual support legal professionals across the world and international legal forums.
